Take time in the middle of your day to move gently, catch your breath, and bring back balance. This class will combine a gentle flow including seated and lying postures, and will end with a 5 minute meditation so that you can leave refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day. All levels welcomed.
This class combines Yoga, Pilates, and strength exercises that target the core to improve your yoga practice and your overall physical activity. Verbal instructions and modifications are offered so students can work at their own level.
