Craig graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. He can be described a happy, easy-going individual with a passion for helping others. His drive and enthusiasm gives him a strong focus in patient centered care. His treatments are therapeutic and focus on the client's goals and needs. Craig is always looking to expand his knowledge in myofascial techniques and prenatal care.
Elizabeth is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Trillium College in Kingston, Ontario. Together, her education and massage experience have given her a thorough understanding of the body's many ailments and the benefits of massage therapy in addressing these conditions. Elizabeth puts this knowledge into action by practicing patient-centered care, where she provides treatments according to each patient's specific needs. Elizabeth is also certified in Ashiatsu massage technique through the Canadian Institute of Ashiatsu Massage Therapy in Ottawa, Ontario.
Grace is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. Grace was drawn to the world of massage through her interest in anatomy and her desire to help others. She loves being able to see the positive changes associated with massage techniques in supporting her clients through improving their mobility and overall quality of life. Grace has a special interest in prenatal massage and intra-oral massage for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
Leanne is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who attended the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario. Leanne's passion for helping others began in the world of personal training. After years of observing her clients movement patterns and seeing individuals suffer from chronic pain and discomfort, she was inspired to help on a deeper level, thus leading her to study Osteopathy. Leanne believes in using movement to help facilitate change and looks at each individual as a whole to help identify the areas that can accelerate the treatment program and personal well-being, both on and off the table. Using her manual therapy skills and her ability to connect with others, Leanne's goal is to help as many people as possible live a pain free and productive life.
