She loves nature, animals and authentic connection. When she’s not practicing meditation or yoga, she’s outside drinking in the experience of the world we live in. Stef offers meditation and mindfulness classes, hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga classes, sound bath meditations and a variety of meditation-based workshops. Stef is available for group and 1:1 sessions.

AnnMarie Wolf has been living and teaching yoga in Belleville since the spring of 2019. After retiring from heading up the Department of Health and Wellness at Keswick H.S. AnnMarie pursued her passion for yoga and accumulated accreditation for 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training. Her mission is to empower older adults to embrace the joy of movement thereby adding vitality to their lives. She has a broad experience base including enjoying teaching at a variety of yoga studios in Toronto and in Belleville. Post-retirement she also taught a selection of courses in Kinesiology and Fitness Leadership at Sheridan College for 10 semesters.
AnnMarie has a BSc. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Teaching Certification from University of Western Ontario, M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from The University of Virginia and PhD level accomplishments in Human Physiology, Biochemistry and Anatomy as a graduate student in the medical school of the University of Virginia.
