Join Carrie Schaefer and Stef Bourke under the light of the full moon to celebrate the opening of our new studio space with an evening devoted to the heart.

We’ll begin in circle with a sacred cacao ceremony to invite openness and presence, followed by four heart-centered restorative yoga poses accompanied by the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls.

The practice will close with a heartfelt guided meditation to nurture deep rest, connection, and renewal.

Come out to honor new beginnings, embody love, and be held in the healing energy of sound, ceremony, and community.
